Zotta AI — Loan Management System

Hire-purchase and BNPL software

A hire-purchase or buy now, pay later (BNPL) evaluation should connect the application with the ongoing borrower account, repayments, collections and finance records. Zotta AI is a loan management system that brings application workflows, borrower information, collections support and double-entry accounting into one platform. Product-specific requirements are confirmed in a demo.

The views to inspect with one fictional account during a demo. Open the same borrower account record in each team view. The four views sit side by side: they are not a sequence, and finance does not begin only after collections.

Follow the account beyond the sale

Keep application work and borrower context together

Capture applications through borrower and staff interfaces, collect supporting documents and organise work through application queues. Customer 360 brings applications, loans, payments, documents and communications into a shared borrower view. The consumer portal provides access to application status, loan information, documents and service interactions.

Connect service, collections and finance

Collections staff can review prioritised cases, suggested next actions and borrower contact history. Finance teams can review loan-event accounting and reporting in the double-entry general ledger. A useful demonstration follows the same fictional account through each team's work.

Bring a purchase, a schedule and an exception

Start with one financed purchase and an independently prepared repayment schedule. Bring your merchant and branch requirements, agreement wording, deposit rules, payment channels and accounting expectations. Ask the team to identify what is demonstrated today, what needs configuration, and what needs a separate interface or development.

Define your rollout scope

Specify the countries and currencies in scope, payment providers, report formats and existing systems. Product-specific agreement requirements and operational responsibilities need explicit verification. A product label alone does not establish integration or regulatory suitability.

A practical demonstration agenda

  1. Open a fictional application and follow the document and staff handover process.
  2. Inspect the borrower account, loan information and service history.
  3. Follow a payment and an overdue-account scenario through the relevant workflow.
  4. Trace the associated accounting entries and reports.
  5. Test access permissions and inspect the audit record.
  6. Record the gaps for your merchant, agreement, deposit, returns and settlement scenarios.

Frequently asked questions

Does Zotta replace every system used by a hire-purchase or BNPL business?

The scope should be defined during evaluation. Bring the systems that own merchant, inventory, payment and accounting data so the required boundaries and interfaces can be established.

Are returns, repossession and early settlement included?

Treat each as a separate requirement to demonstrate for your product. Do not infer support for these exceptions from a general lending workflow.

What should we send before a demo?

Share a product description, fictional purchase and payment examples, the required reports and a list of systems to connect. Do not send real borrower documents through a public enquiry form.
